Founded in 2017 by David R. McCarthy, Heritage Housing, Inc. is a real estate development and investment firm located in South Norwalk, Connecticut with a focus on housing development and preservation.  

Heritage Housing, Inc. has expertise in ground-up development of affordable housing and conventional apartments, rehabilitation of existing affordable housing, historic rehabilitation, and senior living.
