Founded in 2017 by David R. McCarthy, Heritage Housing, Inc. is a real estate development and investment firm located in South Norwalk, Connecticut with a focus on affordable housing preservation, renewal and development.  

Heritage Housing, Inc. has expertise in ground-up 9% and 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit developments, 4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit acquisition / rehabilitation developments, Section 8 developments, and RAD / Housing Authority conversions.  Its principal has developed or preserved over 3,000 units of affordable housing in over 18 years of working in affordable housing.  

HHI's mission is to enhance the lives of the families who rely on the availability of affordable housing, through the creation, preservation and rehabilitation of high-quality residential communities.
